The indie girl’s guide to…Franz Ferdinand @ the Enmore
And the fourth gig of the four night stand was Franz Ferdinand at the Enmore. Franz were brilliant as always*. Just really solid live with a great mix of old and new songs. They have been quiet for a while working on their third album Tonight: Franz Ferdinand which is released in the next few weeks, but they were still fantastic on the live stage.
*I’d previously seen them at Splendour in the Grass 2004 in the height of Take Me Out madness, and then at the 2006 Big Day Out and subsequent sideshow, which was also at the Enmore.
I didn’t take any pics at Franz, Enmore security can be very funny towards big cameras, so its best not to upset them with SLR’s. But you can find some pics here.
