So following Camille’s gig, we stuck around the City Recital Hall for the next show which was Cinematic Orchestra. It was hard after seeing such an energetic, exciting performance to then watch a very ambient, lush, but not very engaging show. The music sounded fantastic, but at this point I was getting tired, and couldn’t help but compare it to the first show of the night.
Again, this was a band I knew little about, except for that song that is in the Schweppes commercial thats on tv at the moment.
