Munchausen By Proxy are Allison (vocals, keytar), Bex (keyboards), Lay Lay (percussion) and Jillian (vocals, keytar). They have a fresh new sound, heartbreakingly honest lyrics and some damn fine costumes. These girls are everything I have been looking for in a band….can I join?

Standout track Sweet Ballad is an ode to late night booty calls and has perhaps my favourite last line of a song ever in, “don’t call me past 11pm it won’t happen again, you can call me at 10.59 but don’t call me at 11 cos that’s my rule now”.

I was actually surprised how much I loved that movie. I love her in The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy
Just saw this movie the other week, hence my excitement at this band.
I haven’t seen Hitchhiker’s…. but I am a big Zooey fan so I am sure I will like it. I’ll have to hire it next time I’m at the video store!!!
