Gig companion, polaroid master, design pal, but most importantly Super Friend! Happy Birthday Katherine!
There’s been good times!
There’s been sad times!
There’s been (lots of) gig times!
There’s been corn times!
There’s been ABBA times!
There’s been lomo times!
And here’s my favourite photo that I have taken of Katherine, from Falls Festival 2006. Just something about the red glow, it has a really dreamy quality to it, that I love. Happy birthday hun xx
I got 30 Rock Season 5 for Christmas, and have watched it all…twice! LOVED it!
I loved the word ‘snart’; the guest appearance from Condoleeza Rice; the end of the episode where Liz (Tina Fey) says she hates the name Christina, because people will shorten it to Tina, and “every Tina she knows is a judgemental bitch”; Liz and Carol on the plane, Liz’s jeans and THE LIVE SHOW!
So many classic moments! It’s a must-see! Season 6 starts next week in America… ahh I’m jealous!
I saw Fleet Foxes at the Sydney Opera House last night. It was the second of three sold-out shows here in Sydney, and it was amazing. It was a case of perfect band in a perfect venue. Having already seen them play three years ago at a much smaller venue, I knew how great they sounded live. This show just emphasised that even more for me, mixing songs from their debut and from last year’s Helplessness Blues, it was the perfect way to kick-off the gigging year!
